Changed your mind?

At Stinkyface, we want to ensure you are happy with your products so we will do our very best to describe them accurately in the product description. However, if you have received an item from us and it was not what you expected or you felt this was not described properly in the item description on our website. you can return this to us for a full refund.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations act, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period).

Please contact us by email to inform us you wish to return the item within the 7 working day time frame.
The item(s) should be posted back within 14 days and proof of postage must be obtained. The item should be undamaged and still in its original packaging in order for us to re-sell this to another customer.
We will refund your money without any question, including the original postage and packing charges once we receive the item back at the return address listed on the parcel. That said however. you are required to pay for the cost of returning the item.

My item is faulty!

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. You must notify us within 14 working days. We will obviously do whatever we can to ensure you are happy. Please tell us what the issue was with the item and we will offer you one of the following options:
1. Offer you a partial refund.

2. Ask that you return the item for a full refund​ (You must gain proof of postage)

3. Ask that you return the item in exchange for a replacement item. (You must gain proof of postage)

If you're offered a partial refund, you can either accept it or request a different amount, or suggest another solution, like returning the item for a full refund.
If you're given a refund, you'll usually receive it through the same payment method that you used to pay for the item. If you bought an item with a payment method other than PayPal, we'll ask you to confirm receipt of the refund.
A full refund is one that covers the cost of the item and the original postage.
